We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it for a full refund.

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Once the refund has been processed, you should receive the money back into your account and statement within 7 business days (depending on your bank, credit card, or payment processor). 

I entered an incorrect address—what should I do?
